Dancing, live music, and a nice ambiance create an setting for the Historic Pearl Brewery's newest addition, Jazz, Texas. Hilmy was pleased to announce that they'd be handling the branding along side proprietor and jazz musician, "Doc" Watkins. The team traveled around Texas to source inspiration to ultimately create a Texas music venue and eatery in the newly renovated brewery. Jazz, Texas is slated to open spring/summer 2016 in San Antonio, Texas.

Located in the cellar of the Bottling House at the historic Pearl Brewery, Jazz, TX will open its doors early in the spring of 2016. From Tuesday through Saturday night, the 3,500 sq. feet space will celebrate the full spectrum of South Texas music—Jazz, Blues, Swing, Salsa and Folk amongst many others, featuring performances from many of South Texas’ greatest bands, including Doc Watkins himself.
