The building was sited on 1989 as one of the first shopping centers in Istanbul but was not used for about ten years. There are two storeys, roof garden, an atrium, and then the building reorganized in order to be used as an office. Mixing innovative materials and techniques with references to well known historical styles and archetypes, ensure creation a harmony and make a balance between the traditional aesthetics and the modern technology. It is also aimed to create a cosy space for workers to make them feel more comfortable and connected to working place itself, too.
