This concept project intends to be innovative in the paint market. “Crew” is a biodegradable powder-mix paint company that produces a wide rage of interior and exterior paint for consumers who not only need quality product, but whom are also environmentally savvy. The paint itself contains zero-VOC and the packaging is 100% recyclable, unlike other brands in the market. The packaging is meant to both protect the product and help it stack better on the shelfs. A kit is provided for those who not only need paint for their project, but, also who don’t have the tools needed.
Alireza is a current student at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. He is an underdog soon to become a professional in his field. While interacting with Alireza, the first thing you'd notice will be his deep curiosity about any subject matter, he would ask questions and discover something new from any source available. Whether it is from books, people or media, he can extract inspiration from them and put it to use in his work. This quality about him diversifies his work and enables him to be flexible with trying new things. Alireza has experience working with non-design savvy people like the San Francisco Fire Department to help them brand their 150th anniversary celebration in 2016 and collaborated with them to create a marketing campaign and other commemoration pieces.
Crew is a hypothetical (student project) interior and exterior powder mix paint company based in Bay Area, CA who joined the sustainability movement in 2008. Crew produces latex paint that contained zero-VOC. The two founders of Crew decided to give the paint industry a new look and have the consumers to think sustainable not only with what they eat and drink but even with what type of paint they use for their houses.
