Multifunctional Shelflamp can be used as a floor or table based or as a wall lighting. If used as a shelf there may be placed various interior objects like plants, vessel, books etc. Those two pieces may be arranged in diverse combinations towards each other and towards the space. The mirror between the light source and inside walls creates the illusion of deep inner space due to the mirror reflections. Although concrete is quite heavy material, this work is rather light and comfortable to move.

Born in 1988, in Tbilisi, Georgia, Giorgi Maghradze is an Artist and Interior designer. He participated in several group exhibitions in Georgia and abroad (France, Ukraine) presenting his kinetic art, objects, light design and installations. Three years ago Giorgi started to design the lighting objects with the inspiration of insects. Later the visual line of 'Insect lamps' slowly disappeared and was replaced by a new label '60 Watt Design' which is mostly oriented on experiments and various materials like concrete, steel, polypropylene, etc.

60 Watt Design is a design brand established by a Georgian designer and visual artist, Giorgi Maghradze. The product of 60 Watt Design varies from small lamps inspired by insects to the middle-sized lamps and lighting sculptures. Giorgi Maghradze uses light in his artistic practice, so a design label was a logical continuation of light installations recently created by the artist.
