The Andamio shelf, created by Florian Gross & Kike Macías, is a new way to organise and display your belongings. Influenced by traditional indian scaffolding, the arrangement plays with the spirit of simplicity and functionality through the use of recycled materials and a tool-free component assembly.The minimalist design consists of two levels that can be adjusted to the appropriate height to cover different functions. Available in natural solid oak with varnished aluminium boards. The shelf is assembled without tools and, once disassembled, the design becomes completely flat-packed.

Studioapart was founded by Kike Macías in 2002 and Florian Gross joined the studio in 2012. They're working together in the field of interior architecture and product design. The exchange between Germany and Spain gives their work a bit of both cultures, which connects the northern cold with the southern heat. Studioapart worked on Andamio together wit local carpinters and metal workers to realize their first prototype. After they won the ex.t design competition in 2013, ex.t started to realize the final Andamio shelf and launched it between 2014/2015.

The entire cycle of the product, from the selection, through the development until the promotion is managed, with creativity and feminine intuition, by a staff composed entirely of women. Our mission is simple: to create design objects that are beautiful, original and above all "light" in an industry sector, bathroom furnishings, which often tends to be dominated by heavy forms and rigorous lines.
