The house is designed as two floors hideaway, with a swerved upper floor, large cantilevered spaces that form covered outer spaces and focus the views towards the sea. A perpendicular positioning of the first floor in relation to the ground-floor, made possible the opening of the interior spaces towards the sea thus creating useful exterior spaces such as; a covered entrance space and covered terraces on the ground floor.

Proarh is an architectural office founded in 1992 with its headquarters in Zagreb. Under the managment of its founder and principal architect Davor Matekovic, the firm has evolved into a multidisciplinary workshop, creating different projects of various functions, typologies, as well as programmatic and spatial dimensions.
