5PONG, the battle machine turns the most exciting activity of street dance into an interactive game. It creates an entertaining stage to capture dancer’s wonderful skills when also encourages audience to join, learn and have fun. By controlling the arcade style boombox, dancers and audiences are together involved in an imaginative and immersive gaming world, where they can collaboratively challenge, guide and exchange dance moves with each other. By implementing digital technology in such a unique, creative, and engaging way, 5pong brings street dance culture in to a whole new level.

Chewy is a digital artist and creative coder who believes in magic and lives in adventure. She loves exploring the intersections between visual, music, space, technology and people from different culture and communities. Her objective is to engage connections and imaginations through intuitive, fun and immersive experiences through art and technologies.

Chewy enjoys making innovative engaging experiences using user-centered design solutions and emerging interactive technologies. Leveraging experienced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema4D, Unity, OpenFrameworks, Processing, mobile, web and hardware hackings, she has taken an instrumental role in designing unique, artistic and engaging projects. Besides continuously working on self driven and collaborative projects, she teaches visual design and creative coding workshops for professionals and students, organize events, create shows, actively attend hackathons and meetups. She also plays music and dance.
