Inspired by the fluid expanse of Taihu Lake and the dynamic essence of the Olympic spirit, this project redefines urban elegance. Curved architectural lines evoke rhythmic movement, complemented by full-screen glass curtain walls and L-shaped corner balconies offering 270-degree panoramic views. The landscape unfolds through a triadic courtyard system, featuring a central water feature, an infinity pool, and a harbor-style entrance. A near 2000 sqm clubhouse integrates a heated pool and library, while villa units pioneer private elevators and basements, crafting a seamless blend of luxury.

The Wave Mansion Project, a collaboration between Wuxi Taihu New City Group and Greentown, is a premier residential development near Taihu Lake and the Olympic Sports Center. Situated within an ecological T-axis of two wetland parks, it offers proximity to urban landmarks like the International Convention Center, K11 Art Mall, and Coastal City commercial district. Designed by GOA Elephant Design, Guanjie Landscape, and Hong Kong’s CCD, the project draws inspiration from Taihu Lake and the Olympic spirit, featuring Zaha Hadid-inspired curves, full-screen glass facades, and 270-degree panoramic balconies. The landscape showcases a central water feature, an infinity pool, and a harbor-style entrance, while the 2,000-square-meter clubhouse includes a temperature-controlled pool and a library housing the *Siku Quanshu* collection. Innovative features include private elevators and basements for townhouses. In 2024, the project achieved sales of 1.866 billion yuan, topping Wuxi’s residential charts. Offering lake-view flats (155-278㎡) and courtyard villas (260-392㎡), it redefines luxury living in Wuxi, blending cutting-edge design with ecological harmony.
