The Dihedral chair is composed of striking geometric shapes with multiple symmetrical components that give it a bold shape and stick out to the human eye. Following form and function, the lounge chair simultaneously embraces it’s regular and irregular hexagonal design to support the seat and back rest. It is heavily influenced by mid-century modern styles to create an aesthetically clean look, while simultaneously merging geometric shapes to create a structural and practical design.

Rakeem Bradshaw is a 28 year old designer, currently living in Houston, TX, USA. He is a multifaceted designer with focus in landscape architecture, user experience design, industrial design, and art. Some of his major achievements are becoming a patent approved designer along with working to help revitalize urban communities in a unique way. Rakeem’s design inspiration is fueled by curiosity, innovation, and a strong sense of empathy. His design goals are to create unique and interesting ideas that focus on human centered design to help improve and positively impact people's lives.
