This collection of scarves looks optimistically to the future in the midst of epidemic and global conflict. The patterns tell a metaphorical tale of pre and post apocalypse with a story involving cellular experiments, mutation, reflection, reconstruction. The unique patterns are created with the Studio's own digital software, which uses body movement to reconstruct digital data and reveal organic details not possible solely by programming. They are asymmetrical and do not repeat. Hand finished, the patterns are digitally printed onto natural fabric which reproduces the detail of the designs.

Founded in London in 2016, Yen Ting Cho Studio produces unique artworks and contemporary designs for luxury fashion accessories and interiors. The studio creates innovative and dynamic patterns through human-computer interaction. Patterns are crafted using bespoke digital technology, called mov.i.see, which manipulates curated data (photos, videos) into original designs. Studio lead designer Yen-Ting Cho radically plays with structure and colour to create a signature style. Printed onto the finest materials in limited editions, the Studio’s work blurs the boundaries between art, design and fashion.
