Shanghai Zhenru Urban Sub-center Development and Construction Investment Co., Ltd. was established on November 7, 2007, with a joint investment of 700 million by Shanghai Putuo District State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Shanghai Putuo District Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Putuo District State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. Yuan Yuan was registered and established, mainly dedicated to the development, construction and management of Shanghai Zhenru City Sub-center. Shanghai Zhenru City Sub-Center is one of the four sub-centers in Shanghai. Relying on the location advantages of the project, it focuses on the development of modern service industry, creating a productivity service center radiating the Yangtze River Delta and a public activity center in Northwest Shanghai.
