This project is practical, functional, and modern. It has a careful decoration concept that brings the exterior together with the existing architecture seen in the barbecue area, living room, and fireplace. It also blends into the landscape highlighting the two unique properties. When somebody is in the courtyard it will feel like being inside the house. The lighting allows for the two different projects to generating spaces for contemplation and functionality that will be comforting during the day and at night.

Karla Aliaga, Architect and designer at a local and international level, the specialized press constantly publishes her creations and is considered a benchmark in the industry, both in Chile and abroad. Karla surprises with her works in exterior architecture, interior design and lighting. She is known for the order in her projects and the good use of materials, ergonomics as a differentiating concept in her work and always promoting the origins and roots of those who commission a work, are the nuances of an architect who defines herself as “distinct” as “creative”.

The vision of my clients was very clear, the architecture had to be part of the original project of the house. The environment had to be part of the project, the hill, full of different greens, made it even more attractive since it could mimic the hardness of the project with the green of the space. They were very clear, they wanted an open space, to be used both in winter and summer. They wanted separate spaces to be used at the same time, BBQ area, living room, dining room, pool, fireplace, jacuzzi, patio rest area. My clients wanted to use personal decorative elements within the project in order to bring a piece of the country where they came from, for this personal elements were used in the decoration.
