Yimu is a technology company aiming to digitize healthy living by using micro environmental monitoring sensors, mobile internet, and big data. The products can be deployed to track contamination levels in all aspects of urban water supply systems, such as the city pipeline network, commercial venues, commercial office buildings, and residential buildings. The online monitoring system comprises hardware products and software platforms that provide water quality mapping, automatic warning of water quality exceeding standards, comprehensive analysis of water quality, and more diverse applications using collected data. Yimu was founded in 2016 by a team of graduates of CMU and MIT who with creative, fun, and diligent work ethic, combined with a shared vision to explore the idea of applying new technologies to protect our environment.
