The office design represents a new generation office interior with design solution to cater new working culture evolved from the pandemic situation plus equipping the office in both hardware and software wise towards the metaverse development in the future. The design focuses on fluidity and simplicity in the office circulation and strategically fulfill client request to define two companies staff area but being able to share the pantry, meeting rooms facilities at the same time.

Kirin Leung is an new generation architectural designer and a multimedia art artist. Founded the kirin +lab in 2010 as a multidisciplinary design studio with architecture interior and mixed media art . he is an award-winning designer ,sculpture artist , he was a winner of the Red dot design award & asia design prize in 2022 ,"40 under 40 asia and china awards in 2022 & 2016 , also won included the Gold award of the A design award and high Commendation award of 2015 furniture design Competition , organized by RIBA and the Grand Prize of the MTR Tiara Sculpture competition 2014 .

Kirin+Lab has a passion in all things design. Engaged in projects of all scales including Architecture / Interior design / Media-art /3D printing /Sculpture art and Virtual reality (VR). Founder Kirin Leung is an new generation award-winning designer ,sculpture artist and interior design lecturer at Hong Kong design institute (HKDI) . He founded the Kirin+Lab in 2010 as a multidisciplinary design studio with architecture interior and mixed media art. Kirin was a winner of the 40 under 40 awards in 2016. He work has won the Gold award of A design award, High Commendation award of 2015 furniture design Competition organized by RIBA and the Grand Prize of the MTR Tiara Sculpture competition 2014 .
