Clinic Co Coffee Shop

The building is located on the same street as Arcadium, the most popular shopping mall in Ankara. It's a prime location for such projects. The designer aimed to offer a sculptural and inviting facade that extends horizontally to the street, presenting a warm and simple space where shoppers and passersby can get together and meet. The building is the second branch and the headquarters of the brand.

Önder Akyazıcı completed his primary and secondary education in Samsun and studied interior architecture at Eskişehir Anadolu University. In 2013. He completed his graduation project at Istanbul Bahçeşehir University. In 2013-2014, he established the Studio Garage Architecture (Architecture Services) company with his professional education and sectoral knowledge. Since the day he started his professional business life, he and his colleagues have been involved in many projects at home and abroad. With the manufacturing activity; We made store-showroom-office-fair stands for living spaces specific to the coffee-textile-furniture-law-games-machinery-elect ronics-computer software industries to reflect the corporate identity they create for companies. They are always concerned with the physical and psychological conditions, ergonomics, functions of each area. Every project is a new excitement for them. While developing the project, they always take care to be innovative and extraordinary.

Clinic Coffee Co

The founder of Clinic Coffee Co wanted to tell the story of the coffee fruit beginning with the roasting techniques and resulting in a delicious beverage. The brand has been designed as a 3rd wave coffee shop that writes the recipe for coffee, makes every product consistently good, tries to find the perfect cure, and conveys this culture and experience to its guests. In addition, he completed the concept with healthy bars, cold beverage varieties and a rich cake cabinet as additional delicacies besides coffee. While sharing the quality and different experiences with coffee lovers, he worked with local and global companies to create a unique and timeless culture. Based on an extensive and detailed preliminary study, he only produces green coffee suitable for the season, of which he is sure of its taste and source. He carefully chooses from producing farms in many different parts of the world, such as Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Indonesia, Brazil, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Yirgacheffe. Thoroughly selected quality coffee beans are specially roasted and offered to coffee lovers with unique brewing methods based on the standards set by the Clinic.
