Besides the labor cost and employee turnover rate is high. there are problems such as inadequate and inaccurate inspection in manual inspection process which lacks of data management and data application.
The robot base and its structure are designed to meet the special requirements of data room.It adopts the data fusion algorithm to localize the robot position in real time. It also uses the multi-sensor positioning algorithm to avoid the high error rate caused by single sensor’s obtained data, which achieves high-precision and reliable positioning. Image recognition deploys the deep learning algorithm and Tensor Flow algorithm to handle with image recognition and abnormal warning.
