PRIMARY FUNCTION: Data Room Inspection
INSPIRATION: Aiming at solving all problems of idc inspection such as manpower gap,inadequate and inaccurate inspection risk, high energy consumption, etc., youirobot robotics ‘s IDC inspection robot helps to free the operation and maintenance personnel of the computer data room from dangerous and heavy work and improve inspection efficiency and accuracy. The idc inspection robot autonomously inspects the data room and intelligently analyzes the data, and quickly find out the failures in the data room.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: At present, the construction period of large-scale idcs is about 1-2 years and these data centers are usually located in remote areas. Thus It is difficult to recruit technical personnel for daily inspection, operation and maintenance. Besides the labor cost and employee turnover rate is high. There are problems such as inadequate and inaccurate inspection in manual inspection process which lacks of data management and data application.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The intelligent inspection robot system consists of a robot, a software management system and a related operating environment, and all its operations are implemented through the software management system. The entire intelligent inspection robot system is composed of four modules: motion control function, micro-environment management function, automatic inspection function and intelligent work assignment function.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The idc inspection robot integrates with intelligent sensors, big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to perceive and monitor the data room environment, equipment, sound, gas, temperature and other multi-dimensional data in real time. It supports 7*24 hours of unmanned inspection and the inspection accuracy rate is over 99%. The monitored data is transferred in real-time and visually interactive to assist in precise decision-making.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 1648(length)*604 (width)*604(height)The indicator status monitoring adopts image detection and pattern recognition technology. This robot, equipped with high-definition wide-angle camera, checks the image of the server in the cabinet. The central processing server intelligently recognizes the images and compares it with the preset configuration information to diagnose the running status of internal server in the cabinet. The central processing server needs to quickly identify various of image information correctly that can be a static image such as whether a light is on, or whether a yellow light is on, or a dynamic image such as whether a yellow light is flashing, etc. Finally, the results are displayed through the robot business system and the error results are sent back to the operation and maintenance personnel right away.

This idc inspection robot guarantees the safety and reliability of data room’s operation and maintenance. It also assists in optimizing resources in the data center computer room and reducing energy consumption, realizing green transformation and upgrading.
CHALLENGE: The robot base and its structure are designed to meet the special requirements of data room.It adopts the data fusion algorithm to localize the robot position in real time. It also uses the multi-sensor positioning algorithm to avoid the high error rate caused by single sensor’s obtained data, which achieves high-precision and reliable positioning.
Image recognition deploys the deep learning algorithm and Tensor Flow algorithm to handle with image recognition and abnormal warning.
