This is a restaurant inside Toyoda Gosei Memorial Gymnasium next to JR Inazawa station. By combining the key concept "and symbol" that represents bonds with the characteristics of the building, we aimed to create a place open to the community. The hall with a scenic view through the curtain wall has dynamic and liberating high ceilings. The central station counter establishes a core surrounded by seats capable of arrangements to suit all scenes. The concept of connecting and mixing diverse elements is expressed through designs such as ceiling louvers, wooden floorings, and tiles.
The client is Nagoya Castle Hotels Group which operates renowned luxury hotels in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. It was the first business attempt for the client to open a restaurant with a bakery, providing take-out service in a suburban setting.
