The new brand name Xphere is inspired by the client’s Chinese name – Rongxing, which means prosperous sphere. It’s a great challenge that combines the Chinese name meaning with the English name meaning together and creates a visual language. In 2020, Rongxing started to collaborate with Yibang, the design team refresh the brand's name to Xphere, and bring more bold colors and visuals to highlight the high-end line products.
Xiner joined the Mucho San Francisco team in 2018. At Mucho, she works closely with clients including Apple, Paradigm, University of California, and Deem. She exemplifies a diverse array of skills from web, print, and illustration in fields ranging from fashion to tech gadgets. While it used to be common to specialize in merely a single trade, rapidly-changing technologies has proven it crucial for a designer to possess a wide assortment of technical know-how to stay current. Her design work Smart Wuxi Website won the 2020-2021 Website and Web Category of the A’ Design Award, her work Xphere Corporate Identity Rebranding won the 2020-2021 Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Category of the A’ Design Award and her Posters for Homeroom won the Wood Pencil of Graphic Design category of the D&AD Awards.
Yibang was born in San Francisco in 2016. The founding team is a group of talented creatives, who studied and worked in the United States. In the past three years, we moved back to our motherland – China and served over 100 companies, including new businesses and international brands in technology, capital, education, judicature, food and beverages, hospitality, and more other industries.
