These 36 panels installed at the Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri are made of uniquely hand-blown glass rondels and sheet glass. Each of the 36 panels have been fabricated using brass-reinforced lead and cemented into place to keep them sturdy and structural for the next century. The panels are retro-fitted into commercial aluminum framing, utilizing lock-in sashes that make for easy access to each individual panel. These panels are located within the vestibule and the vertical window of this brand new healthcare center.
