Siphon watering system works by the force of gravity and the speed of water flowing through tubes. As water is pushed down by air pressure, the lower part of the siphon is heavier than the upper parts thus the force of gravity pulls the heavy side down and takes the water through the tubes. Plants are therefore watered.
