The Kinetic Multimedia Installation Every Local's Centre is designed for Moscow City Government as an original interactive art object with integrated mechanisms and a convertible model of the Moscow city. When activated, the installation presents two levels: the upper one is digital city model symbolizing on-line services for citizens being implemented in Moscow; the lower one is the district’s convertible model that was transforming every time dependent on the user’s choise.The installation also includes drone videos and 3D motion design content produced especially for the project.

The Moscow City Government is the highest executive body of state authority of Moscow. The members of the Government of Moscow are the Mayor of Moscow, the Deputy Mayors of Moscow in the Moscow Government and the Moscow Government ministers.
