Having the background of our team containing engineering and design, we apply a people-first approach to make robots that are thoughtful and intuitive. Robots are getting more common into our daily lives. It is important for us to have a human-centered design to make people's life more convenient.
We believe the design should think of the users first. It should solve the problem and satisfy the requirement of the user. A designer is not an artist. A designer will figure out what is good for the user by observation, research, and analysis; try to make sure the idea can work by testing, instead of personal feelings. A designer also should stay hungry, always desiring to learn something new, no matter what it is. It could be art, architecture, musical shows, or anything. In this way, the designer could help sales and marketing to launch more products that the consumer expects and accepts.
