About ‪Yaniv Ziegler‬‏ : About Me My name is Yaniv Ziegler I was born and raised in Jerusalem, a child of 4 out of 6 siblings. Ever since I can remember I have been considered the most artistic in the class. I love sculpture painting to create and invent. Following a visit to the Science Museum at the age of 12 I tried to develop my first product without much success. But there I discovered the passion for inventions and developments. At the age of 24 I started studying mechanical engineering in order to acquire additional tools that would help me in new developments. During my studies I was exposed to the field of industrial design. This was exactly what I was looking for all the time so I left engineering study in favor of studying industrial design. My final project was chosen as one of the three best for 2011 among the design institutions in Israel. After graduating, I set up a product development and design studio. In 2014 after a meeting with a prospect who was told he needed a designer I was offered a job to develop and design playground products. I just had two small children at home, 2 years old and six months old. And the idea of ​​creating better playgrounds for them and for all the kids fascinated me. As the company grew the company's capabilities matured I felt it was time to also reveal them with the help of competitions, And to my delight the first time I tried in 2019 I also won the prestigious RED DOT award. Since joining Psagot's facilities. I designed about 1500 products. The company has grown several times over And started exporting its products. I became chief designer and director of it's design department.
