About Luuk V. van Zanten : Luuk V. van Zanten is a design entrepreneur and developer of innovative superyacht catamarans. Already since the early nineties he developed, adapted and redesigned luxury motor yachts for entries in different global market segments. He worked with a Chinese yard to develop their product for the European market and in 2006 started his own brand of superyacht catamarans. His Curvelle quaranta received multiple awards for innovation and hundreds of pages of dedicated editorial spreads published in multiple magazines and digital media. The Curvelle quaranta successfully challenges the status quo by re-positioning all the guest cabins on the main deck and by constructing the yacht in Carbon Hybrid. Even the ownership structure is adapted to lower the barriers of entry so that somebody with a relatively small budget can become an owner of a superyacht.
