DESIGN NAME: Fancy
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Coworking Office
INSPIRATION: This is a coworking business office space. Different company members gather here. People here come and go from different cities to Taipei. Coming to the office is more like checking in a hotel for a short stay. As for, this business office is embraced by impressive entrance signals the way to a beautiful reception area that evokes the feeling of an exclusive hotel lobby, complete with a chic bar.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The concept of the design tries to facilitate a feeling of hotel-like but office space. Soft color and materials are used to present the hotel's exquisiteness and comfort. Of course, the functional that office workspace plane is to the basic and the most important of all.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The office design case is trying more than just a coworking workspace for individual users. More attempts are made to provide an office model that may require more in the future.
Assume that in future work trends, one's unit is formed apart from an office. Individuals, more likely to represent a corporate unit. Soon it will be possible that in the future, office space will be geared to the business model, i.e.When people move outside to work, entering the office is a mass of businesses offices, high-level representatives of both companies, or a company's external presentation or product presentation, such as holding stockholders' financial reports....so when designing, it's about minimizing the number of work areas for individuals....and it's more about the benefits of corporate activities."

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The following text is feedback from the customer as the best answer translated into English.
"With the gray light industrial style spindle, different kinds of wood and shades of green material are also chosen. It seems like soaking in a mountain forest, symbiosis with nature. As walking in the entry, there is a green glasses panel, in this not-so-large space piecing together different functions and use of feelings. The conference room is like a high-tech industry conference room, but fancy wallpaper and wall lights are used. The atmosphere in the company is sometimes serious and sometimes transformed into leisurely ease. And the reception area is like a shared space, as long as sitting in the ring surrounded by small sofas, it is like a small space, leisurely. And the most incredible location, the smallest space of the office is the bathroom, dark green wall tiles and gold jewelry color decorations are presented. "What are the shapes without light?", said the architect, I. M. Pei. Lighting is like a symphony Conductor. Lighting and lamp play a role like a symphony orchestra playing different instruments. A moment is the violin's melodious slow, a moment the piano player's line of clouds flowing, one side is the bass drum rattling, the other side is the triangle iron light and loud. When all the lights are on, it's like a big ensemble of an orchestra, showing off every note in the space."
CHALLENGE: The architecture was designed for residential usage. A typical house building type, not an office building type. The electric system, /(window frame), even the indoor area is not designed for regular office usage.
To jump out these limits, the site plan is more focused on each room size. The lightly grey color and the area lighting compose the main style. Also, shutters and blinds are particularly used for eliminating the original window frame of the building.
