DESIGN NAME: Holystone Recruitment
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Brand Identity
INSPIRATION: Holystone is a leading electronic component provider for 40 years in Taiwan. It’s been 10 years since the last time they participated in campus job fairs. The new HR department needs a brand new strategy and image to be known to university students so as to stand out from their competitors. Triangler takes this recruiting activity as a brand identity, meant to be extended and run for the next couples of years.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The piling square elements are made with Holystone's products and values, which help Holystone to show the strength and unique technology to the graduates. Logo, poster, shirts, documents, booth decoration, pamphlets, and gifts are all included to build up a strong attraction. The characters with big eyes wide open are looking for potential members, just as recruiting the talented people is like searching under the sea.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This visual design is applied to campus recruitment fairs, including booth signs, flags, banners, leaflets, L folders, stickers, and interactive games.
With the consistent young image, students can distinguish Holystone with a strong impression in recruitment fairs .
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started and finished 2018 in Taipei, Taiwan, and the same visual design has been applied for annual campus recruitments in 2019 and 2020.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The designers visited the client’s factory to have a complete understanding of their production process and transform production steps and products with flat design.
CHALLENGE: The electronic industry tends to convey a rational and technological impression, so it is hard for a company to obtain a unique feature among competitors. Triangler tries to transform company products into a young and humorous design, and thus creates a refreshing visual image for Holystone recruitment.
