| DESIGN NAME: Double Good Design - Tai Chi PRIMARY FUNCTION: Commercial place INSPIRATION: This space should be natural and relaxing. We pay great attention to user experience and privacy. We draw inspiration from the foothills of Phuket, the market in Bangkok, the architecture of the Taj Mahal and the costumes of Thai people. Address the differences in building technology between different countries, including the sound of the sea, the application of aromatherapy. And the faint scent of plants makes for an immersive experience. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a massage brand from Thailand. We hope to bring the most authentic Thai style to China. We changed the structure of the building so that sunlight and air penetrated into each space. The materials used are all imported from Thailand. The combination of Thai gold-plated and rattan fabrics combines modern aesthetics. Tropical plants bring vitality to the space, as if entering a desert oasis. Brilliant colors and ancient totems share Thai culture and enthusiasm. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Many friends who have been to Thailand say they have found memories of Thailand here. Many locals come to experience it and become a frequent visitor here. They all think that the service and environment here make them feel that they are in Thailand. They are willing to share this comfortable place with the people around them. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project began a site survey in November 2018 and traveled to Thailand for inspiration. The design began in December 2018 in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, and began construction in Chaoyang City, Guangdong Province in January 2019, and was completed in August 2019. In September 2019, the Chinese media began to report. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We use BIM technology for information design and use technology that meets international building standards. The materials used are healthy and environmentally friendly. Natural materials such as bamboo weave, diatom mud and ceramic tiles are widely used. In order to better control the construction cost, with natural flavor, the design and construction of the entire project lasted 180 working days. We monitor and cooperate day and night to get such high quality results. You can experience the changes of the four seasons. Using Thai style is a must for product positioning, using modern analytical tools to experience and record natural changes at different times. Analysis, fully consider the customer's feelings when spending, lively or quiet, bright or dark, accurate control, let people enter the state faster, which is not available in other competitive products, so it is very popular. CHALLENGE: The building is outdated and functionally inadequate for our business needs, so we need to make the most appropriate modifications, including fire protection and some local policy requirements. After all, this is a place where many people gather, and it is necessary to eliminate hidden dangers and ensure that there are no errors in operation. I think our design is to set standards for the latecomers, set the industry benchmark, and do the best under the premise of science and law.
