INSPIRATION:
I designed three-dementional calendars which are practical, and can be displayed as a room interior. The TYPEFACE calendar is an charming motif over ages, sex, and border.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
TYPEFACE is a calendar designed around the concept of the typeface. The set contains four sheets, consisting of the months from January to December, punched out in an original typeface. You can assemble the sheets into calendar units that each display three months of the year.
Quality designs have the power to modify space and transform the minds of its users. They offer comfort of seeing, holding and using. They are imbued with lightness and an element of surprise, enriching space.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
It becomes a three month calendar when assembling one sheet. This calendar can be assembled easily without using glue or scissors.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
Calendar 2020 “TYPEFACE” launched in July 2019.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The TYPEFACE calendar is produced by high level printing and manufacturing technologies in Japan. We produce original pure white cardboard and reduce parts fasten points to the minimum for design excellence.
