| DESIGN NAME: Nad Al Hammar Private Residence PRIMARY FUNCTION: Private Residence INSPIRATION: The architecture is designed to resemble a relaxing sanctuary with a contemporary feel that matches our modern ever changing lifestyle where the water at the entrance embodies the idea of cleansing or ablution where you return home to leave the daily stress at the doorstep and enter into your private space UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Private Residence located in Nad Al Hammar Dubai in the UAE just 10 minutes away from downtown where Burj Khalifa is located The premises is a 5400 Sq ft built up area It features an infinity plunge pool 2 car parking spaces with a Tesla charging dock and a drone delivery pod A double height volume takes you to a 4 en suite bedrooms first floor with full height glazing to maximize natural daylight Smart walls were added in the design for a customized space layout suitable for modern lifestyle activities and needs Outdoor seating areas were integrated in the design in both front and back OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This residential villa is designed to provide its residents with the contemporary lifestyle while being a relaxing private home away from the busy city life. The design was planned carefully to ensure the connectivity of the family members (or its residents) with the outdoor aspects such as the water and the greenery while maintaining their privacy inside their home PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: 13 Months Construction will start soon in Nad Al Hammar Dubai United Arab Emirates FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Architecture, Building and Structure Design |
