| DESIGN NAME: Da Wang Jing Mixed Use Development PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office, Serviced Apartment, Retail INSPIRATION: The design simulates the concept of an oasis, aiming to accentuate its relationship to the surrounding greenery, and guaranteeing maximum permeability to facilitate public access. The design of the development is unique, with its flowing, organic character encouraging its users to explore the spaces within while echoing its exclusive commercial auxiliary facilities and high-end apartments. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of four high-rise Grade A office towers including a corporate headquarters, a high-rise apartment building and a multi-functional commercial & convention complex. Podiums contain retail, F&B, banks and entertainment.
