| DESIGN NAME: Kimba PRIMARY FUNCTION: Countryside Villa INSPIRATION: Respecting the earth with cutting as less tress as possible,getting inspired by windmills of Iran desserts and modernization of that a corridor is located between the retaining wall and the underground wall,making connection between some specific elements and identities of Iranian architecture(such as various brick works,presence of water,principle of transparency,reflect UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Using proportionate materials with respect to climate of the area in a way that maximum usage of natural light and ventilation have been obtained. planetary relationships regarding to client's culture and public and private spaces detachment. stretching exterior outdoor atmosphere into indoor place,trying to achieve the principle of beauty along with simplicity and also avoiding volumetric and facade exaggeration, applying different level variation in order achieve the maximum roofing space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Transparent bullet-proof glass roof capable of tolerating heavy weights which can be use as terrace above the pool area,Entertainment room, using the best possible equipment and materials,moving louver for overlooking windows. design with (Rhinoceros, Lumion, Matlab,Safe) programs. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Metal structure, Steel desk, 3D panel, Separating mechanical room of villa from mechanical room of the pool,souna and jacuzzi in order to optimizing the energy usage. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The land specification is 44*20 meters and the villa is located in north side of the land with the following details.underground floor: pool/sauna/Jacuzzi/l TAGS: Compilation architecture, Modern architecture, Iranian architecture, Brick, Sun in water, Sustainable architecture, Quality, Environment, Energy productivity, Merging outdoor and indoor spaces RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The purpose of this design project is based on the recognition of the lifestyle and behavior of the client in relation to the dog (kimba)he likes . Lifestyle is a topic that is less relevant today in architecture. In this project, we want to present the correct examples of architecture appropriate to the lifestyle of its inhabitants CHALLENGE: Since the budget was limited,making a balance between client's wish and our professional ideals was a hard challenge, simplicity is always the nicest but reading that is very difficult, limitation in height an over looking due to countryside lows and regulation,designing the fences,outer walls entrances and other parameters separately and then make them all integrated was a delightful challenge. since there was no electricity and gas in the land providing generator and other machinery was hard.relatively instability of soil,wide distance of column axes required accurate calculation and using special kinds of column and beam.
