DESIGN NAME: Junzi Kitchen Bleecker Street
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Restaurant
INSPIRATION: Core design concept of the space is to embrace the all-time dynamic street life of Greenwich Village.
In terms of color palettes, the design refrained from using traditional, clichéd patterns or symbols, instead chose to play with simple form and contrasting color.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Junzi Kitchen is a new-generation restaurant serving Northern Chinese wraps and noodle bowls. In July 2018, Junzi Kitchen opened an 1800-square-foot restaurant in NYC’s Greenwich Village at the intersection of Bleecker and Sullivan Street—the third outpost in this fast-casual concept’s portfolio.
