Xuhui Zhang, the creative mind behind the winning project Junzi Kitchen Bleecker St. explains “The restaurant is designed to embrace the dynamic street life of Greenwich Village of New York City. The design refrains from applying traditional patterns or symbols in the Western context and chose to play with contrasting color palettes with simple forms.
