| DESIGN NAME: Terroir Manor PRIMARY FUNCTION: Architecture INSPIRATION: The contemporary architectural style advocates the gratuitous but rational pieces coordinated with slant roofs, lattice windows, indoor sceneries and balconies that constitute the one-of-a-kind building artistry. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The rule defining the architectural styles for each building in the Terroir manor is that under no circumstances other than compromising the visual consistency should any building exhibit the similar external appearances. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Public facilities: the Terroir-style fireplaces and chimneys. The unique features of public facilities at Terroir incorporate the slant roofs, chimneys and real fireplaces, of which the well-functioning ventilation discharging smokes to the outdoor environment. At the lounge, people have a great time enjoying the recreational life style exclusively at Terroir. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The pool landscaping encompassing the reflecting swimming pool, the plantation and the gardening creates landscaping features adjoin the pool. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 9858 square meters TAGS: Public facilities, Afforestation environment,Ecologic RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The urbanization of society has intensified the population density, which forces the architectural and interior design to fight for the size of lands. The phenomenon of pseudo industrialization has an influence on the essence of buildings, the impact extending the spaces upward. Based on the aesthetic perspectives and design skills, the design work extraordinarily harmonizes the relationships between the human sensations and natures, the ultimate perfection of design energy displaying the backbones and qualities of the spaces. CHALLENGE: Peculiar open space and landscape. The pathway specifically for people. The roads at the Terroir are conveniently accessible and safety-secured for people, whenever walking, strolling or jogging. Moreover, that the plenty of plantations, the widen roads and the pedestrian trails consolidated with the peripheral jogging tracks, landscapes and public facilities extraordinarily merge the environmental conditions with the recreation life style.
