| DESIGN NAME: M10 House PRIMARY FUNCTION: Architecture Residential INSPIRATION: M 10 House location is crowded with a lot buildings right inside the heart of Fukuoka City Fukuoka Prefecture.This Project was designed to become a place that inhabitants can their live safely with ease with family pride while giving privacy and protection. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: M 10 House is a designed project for a family that can live safely with family's pride while giving privacy and protection. Location consists with a lot building in the Main city of the Fukuoka Prefecture in Japan. Anyone who access through the entrance hall they could easily found a beautiful floating stairs design which attract the eyes. Vegetation is visible through the windows and indirect lighting that was installed under the stair treads creates the overall ambiance of the space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Privacy,protection and giving beautiful impression to keep family pride were main objectives and achieved through using best materials and design techniques to optimize air and lights with creating maximum living spaces even location in crowded area of the Fukuoka in Japan. Especially in the night this simple and modern exterior appearance was lighten up bringing a deep impression that is similar to the effect that the concrete object delivers. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: M 10 House have light court stands in its center of the premises including two volumes and also with different height and materials used to neutralize by the L shape eaves element to provide a modern simple exterior appearance.A different height concrete object that was set up in front of the exterior wall that utilized red cedar wood was mean to deliver a deep impression of the building along with sharp and warm atmosphere. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The indirect lighting in the second floor was design to run along the ceiling down to the floor, together with the indirect lighting installed in the kitchen it creates a simple and modern spaces. Balcony that is connected to the living room has no opening on its side that faces the main road, by doing so it provides privacy and sense of security to the living spaces so the resident can lives with ease.
