| DESIGN NAME: Warm Loft PRIMARY FUNCTION: House INSPIRATION: The clients provided a clear material list to us, like stainless steel, natural wood, ENT pipes, concrete panels and black steel. As above mentioned, we could understand the style and connect the activities of their life. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: An industrial style house with warm wood materials, includes of owner's special opinions to explore their house. At the beginning of discussion, the clients asked us to make a dark and loft house for them. We mentioned lots of requirements of living, and we discussed about the lifestyle and personalities. In the end, we discovered this type of design, a light industrial and loft style, but includes of warm and comfortable natural wood material to promote their joyful life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The pipes goes the smooth flow to every spaces, each pipe control different lighting. The extend line for this house controlled the key spaces of this house. Also, different lighting made a special and unique atmosphere for client. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Steel with black paint, chamaecyparis thyoides, walnut, gray glass, LVT plastic floor, Lotos(concrete), diatomaceous earth, Laminate SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 8810 mm x 7210 mm x 2800 mm , 73 square meters TAGS: natural wood, industry style, interior design, tyarchistudio, tyarchitects RESEARCH ABSTRACT: ENT pipe; Steel pipes; how to check each line to each lighting; loft style + warm wood materials CHALLENGE: The height of this house was our challenge to make client feel comfortable after we finished the house. The structure made several conflict areas, and we need to make sure the space can feel relax and comfortable.
