| DESIGN NAME: Park Lane Ala Moana PRIMARY FUNCTION: Luxury Condominium Building INSPIRATION: The design was inspired by the tradition of Italian hillside villages, where dwellings are nestled into the landscape. By creating topography on the site through the necessary parking structure, the residences cascade down the form and through a lush landscape towards the ocean. Each residence enjoys expansive views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Multi-panel glass sliding doors open full walls to generous 3 meter deep lanais, seamlessly integrating the indoor and outdoor living experience. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: With a prime location and unparalleled views, Park Lane is a luxury condominium in Honolulu. The eight-story, eight-building development is centered on landscaped courtyards and steps down towards the ocean along a series of lush terraces. The buildings are connected by a “Park Lane” path, from which the project draws its name. Park Lane radiates from an open-air lobby facing the ocean, revealing the vista as it steps down; its edge is carefully designed to blend with the park and ocean beyond.
