| DESIGN NAME: Haitang Show House PRIMARY FUNCTION: Show House INSPIRATION: The property is nearby the coastline, which gives a sense of relaxation to the resident. Clean-lined furniture and fixture create a harmony atmosphere in the room. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A modern classic design brings the sense of balance, stability, and harmony to the residence. The essence of this combination is not only about color, but also rely on the warm lighting, clean-lined furniture and upholstery to create the atmosphere. Wooden floors in warm tones are generally used in the house, while the colors of rug, furniture and art work energize the entire room in different ways. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A high ceiling height with crystal chandelier at the entrance foyer gives a very spacious and luxury feeling to the visitor. Most of the rooms have balcony and connected to the natural environment. Private garden and swimming pool facilitated in the villa. Owner and their family can enjoy the vacation in a cozy and harmony atmosphere. Considering the functionality of the house, it provides entertainment area for adults but also spare a playing and resting corner for kids. Use of colorful fabric and furniture which is out of ordinary give a sense of relaxation to the user. CHALLENGE: This is a vacation house which is designed for young couples and family. The use of material and color have to be young and energetic but yet, it is still sophisticated and luxury.
