| DESIGN NAME: Villair PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Villa INSPIRATION: It is a plan of the villa where the owner can spend quietly day and night. This place is located at the top of the residential area, so you can enjoy the scenery of the sky, the sea and the city spreading in a distant landscape. Put yourself in a private space wrapped in mountain greenery and look at the beautiful scenery. We imagined the architecture of the observation floating in the mountains. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Flat terrace emphasizing horizontality in the room and a flat terrace, a pool, deep eaves effectively removes the landscape, removing the surrounding buildings from sight, a house that can enjoy a more beautiful and distinctive panoramic view It was realized. This brings a sense of floating to the architecture, and from below shows a fantastic appearance that blends into the mountain scenery. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In residents' lives, we mainly use the building's internal space. Although this is a place to be used on a daily basis, the connection with the outside is an opening. Imagine devising to disambiguate the boundaries of internal and external by arranging floors and walls in a gaze direction, and enlarging the line of sight and unusual circumstances in each place. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Site area 809.42 Size 453.60 Structure Timber Floor 3 TAGS: House, Villa, Residence , Wood , Architecture RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In this villa, I thought about conveying the design such as light, wind sense, coziness, living etc, which can not be conveyed by architectural photograph alone. Producing animations expressed with beautiful images that can feel the concept of design collects voices of many sympathizers. We will continue to consider moving images and diffusion, and we would like to improve housing design for home purchase reviewers, and to disseminate the houses we create with designers. CHALLENGE: The opening with a sense of freedom will degrade privacy. There are many problems in how to secure privacy in places where there are many houses around. Also, the design of the opening in the manner of cutting out the view seen from the opening is a necessity change depending on the location.
