| DESIGN NAME: Satori PRIMARY FUNCTION: 3D Visual INSPIRATION: Inspired by Bolivia's famous salt lake, Salar de Uyuni, Satori's pool deck similarly creates a vast and endless horizon of rejuvenating wellness. Extra attention to detail is given to accentuate the concept of a sanctuary of enlightenment. Specific angles are also chosen to feature the most complimentary elements of the facilities deck. In view of the favored dramatic effects of the "golden hour" (sunset) in the photography industry, evening vibes are used. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As an effort to take a unique approach in designing Satori's pool, a trio-effect was adopted to showcase 3 different interesting sections creatively integrated within one main pool. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Visualization of facilities for potential customers to have a better understanding of the property. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: 3D Modeling, textures matching application and photoshop retouching, studying of plans from landscape designing to visualizing of the pool deck 1) Architect to provide CAD (computer-aided Design) 2) Internet research on pool references. 3) Sketching Architecture landscape and added sunken deck, pool cabana, pool bar & cafe,wading pool and aqua gym in to the design. 4) Used 3Ds Max Modeling add textures add tree add Lighting and rendered elements. 5) Used rendered elements touch up final rendered 3D Images. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 3600 x 3600 pixels TAGS: 3D Swimming Pool, 3D Infinity Pool, Pool Deck, Pool, Architecture RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Visualisation for Materials a) Pool: Glass tiles and pool podium homogenous files b) Cabana: Aluminium with powder coated white paint for outdoor application CHALLENGE: a) To recreate a photorealistic 3D visualisation that could also portray the intended mood & feel of Satori b) Project had limited selling points -design had to feature attractive selling points -faciliti deck design had to enhance the value of the property -Design have to improve the landscape architecture of the facility deck -Design have to offer by addition of wading pool , aqua gym , in pool chairs , pool lounge and jacuzzi.
