| DESIGN NAME: Chic Supesu PRIMARY FUNCTION: Club House and Landscaping INSPIRATION: Lines are everywhere in design. They are used to divide space, direct the user's eye, create flow, create emphasis and organise all design elements into form. Usually, we don't think about lines that much, but we make use of them quite often to visually communicate our objective to the user. Staying in sync with the present-day style and crafting a space keeping in mind the use of Lines was the key motive. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Every person at some point wishes to have a majestic lifestyle. Adding the wow factor to the mundane routine gives you the sense of a grand life. The modern look means simplicity in form and design. Thus simple, plain, geometric forms, rectangular shapes and linear elements make the characteristics of modern architecture. Glass, steel and reinforced concrete is used in elegance creating breath taking views. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The modern look created merges well with the carefully designed setting. The energetic design of the club house is kept intact in the site. The style of modern design has been followed in both the club house and landscape. Light coloured wall surfaces, clean modern detailing, uncluttered spaces and a neutral colour palette with splashes of colour give spaces like this an interesting appeal. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is located in Pune, India. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The entire space is designed in modern style, making use of modern technologies and up-to-date materials. Vibrant colour scheme is used to complete the entire look. Cutting-edge technologies and materials are used to stay in connect with the contemporary world. The lighting has vibrant colours to create an energetic vibe. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The total landscape area is about 31,500 sq.m Club House Area is 6,500 sq.m TAGS: Line labyrinth, modern, geometry, positivity, energetic RESEARCH ABSTRACT: New technologies are coming up at a very fast pace. Vast research of new materials and techniques has been done to create the desired look. CHALLENGE: It was a challenge to design a triangular space full of energy, enthusiasm and a lively atmosphere. Designing this space gave me a chance to work on lines. Spaces formulated with an in-depth thought process which gave a useful environment to reside in.
