DESIGN NAME: Lumebox
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Corporate Identity
INSPIRATION: What inspire me was the architectural concept of the Lumebox selling point, in other words, a container that shows the Idea of crude, industrial and cool. I wanted to create a minimalist form that represented this architecture and still add another form of referring to the product marketed.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Lumebox is a store of high standard luminaires, installed in a container in a showroom specialized in the civil construction area. What we wanted to bring to this project was all this universe of design, architecture and the sophistication that involves the luminaires. Besides that, the fact that the store is in a container is something totally innovative and cool for the market of the store and we consider this also a important element.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The logo and visual identity was applied without point of sale, in stationery materials, in offline and online advertising campaign. The greatest public contact with a brand is happening online through social networking.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Project start was in Aug. 2016 and was fully finalized in Jan. 2017. Sao Jose do Rio Preto, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: I executed workshop and brainstorming sessions to investigate deeply the client business in order to find tangible and intangible from the brand and create a more strategic design to represent the Lumebox.
CHALLENGE: The challenge was to design a brand that expresses the refinement and the sophistication of the products that the store sells. Another important factor was take into account the architectural concept of the point of sale, that is a striking point of contact for the store.
