RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Although Wicker is a traditional material in Brazilian furniture, our office had never worked with it and our first task was to learn more about the material and its peculiarities. When we came across the material still in nature, planted, we decided to create an armchair that would exactly refer to the bush moving like the wind, just as we had observed in nature. In this way, we use the whole and free branches of any industrialization proc
CHALLENGE: The greatest difficulty was to position the branches so that the collage work was done, in this case, branch by branch, after being curved in the water and dried in the sun.
