DESIGN NAME: D X
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Corporate Identity
INSPIRATION: To emphasize the concept of the elastic mark, we resort to the maximum simplification of graphic elements. We did not want anything more to this brand.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: D_X is a law firm whose acronyms correspond to the name of the holder.
We have created an elastic mark, with no defined proportion and determined corporative color either. It is a “D” and “X” joined by the base with a straight line that, depending of the application, will increasing or decreasing its length. Always encompassing the physical limit of the element. An elastic line that we use as metaphor, to explain a service adaptable to the problems of the future client.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: 372/5000
The brand was created to be used in any communication support. It is its characteristic of adaptable logo what generates particular forms of use.
Box wrapping tapes were made for projects by completely turning the package over. labels of different widths, lengthening the logo. In signage I was moving from one place to another in the law office.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: It is a brand of the year 2008 and has been valid until two years ago. He received the silver medal in the 2008 EDAWARDS, a 2008 Good Design Award in Chicago, and was nominated in the Designpreis Deutschland 2010.
