PRIMARY FUNCTION: Hotel and Serviced Apartments
INSPIRATION: Representing a shell & pearl, moving lights illuminate Rosemont’s five star 448-key, 53-storey hotel tower in a pattern inspired by atomic, orbital rings. Wrapping the tower, lighting spirals around the podium, shaping the dynamic form. Inspired by the element of water, the 280-key, 55-storey fully-serviced apartment tower is conceptualized as a flowing river - the façade’s dynamic lighting enhances its bold architecture.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: From conception to construction, the client’s vision for the project mandated the creation of a world-class, ultra-luxury hotel destination tailored specifically for family-focused leisure and entertainment.
Entwining advanced design, digital technology and the nature, the resulting design solution or the Rosemont Hotel and Residences reflects a visionary destination, with thoughtful, forward thinking amenities and engaging spaces designed to provide endless & unique entertainment experiences.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Brand Rosemont will be operated by Curio Collection, by Hilton. As the first of Curio collection in UAE.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Located along prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE. project is expected to finish by End of 2018.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: ADVANCED 3D ROBOTICS
Leading-edge audiovisual, robotics and 3D video mapping technology transform public spaces, creating an experiential environment for guests and visitors. Ever changing, projected dynamic animations reflect the building’s natural design features - the lush rainforest, majestic ocean and the expansive sky.
AERODYNAMICS:
Aerodynamics for each tower was created through a wind study performed by a wind specialist. The wind study provides an accurate and realistic estimation of the expected wind loads impacting the structural design.
TRANSPORTATION:
The project will run 26 state of the art elevators with highest speed of 6m/second including special shuttle elevators with a capacity of 28 persons per trip which will be dedicated for the Sky Lobby and other Specialty Restaurants at the high floors.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The Rosemont Hotel & Residence has been designed in
accordance to the Green Building Requirements of Dubai
Municipality.
In addition, the following sustainability approaches have
been integrated:
- Re-using condensate water for irrigation
- Energy recovery from exhaust air
- Demand controlled ventilation for densely occupied areas
- Energy recovery from exhaust air
- Integration of local flora requiring less water for irrigation
