| DESIGN NAME: Definition Of Spring PRIMARY FUNCTION: Nature Space INSPIRATION: The four seasons make the scenery changed during one year. The spring is the time of the beginning, which is full of animals and herbs. In the extraction of concept, we define the spring, the early spring. The snow, the stream, the mountain, and the herbs, which are the elements of our design. Therefore, we have the depth of the landscape on the Y-axis, and we let the river become an object on X-axis. The X-axis can renew the width of the space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To be the core of space, the island (TV wall) is like a magician. It can introduce and share the width of the light, the depth of the ventilation, and the flowing route of movement. Thus, we have three elements of the good life, called sunlight, air and water. The island surrounded by the sea. The strait is the most intuitive path of ocean currents (our life). OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The operation of design is named "Between The Limitation." we break the original boundaries of rooms. Based on a traditional Chinese character "回", we make the different life functions connected and create the fun of life. It includes the free movement of outdoor, and the easy of the routes. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The colors of the stone on the TV wall, which means the element of river. The wood is re-combined to be the shape of branches and mountains. We renew the definition of materials. So, the hard materials are symbolic of flow, and the soft materials are symbolic of wild. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 100m2 TAGS: Snow, River, Tree, Mountain, Herb, Sunlight, Fresh air RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Seasonal cuisine, and Seasonal design.
