UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a music house, A place for music enthusiasts and musicians, Is a place for learning and practicing and performing music.Its design has been tried to be considered in the space of division quality, access, lighting, visual comfort, etc. In addition to connecting users with the mass building, Gestalt rules have been applied. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Starting from the concept of Quality improvement space, Building an ecological environment is the main aspiration. More than being ecological, the project demonstrates unique properties by its diversity of dividing the interior spaces and assign a large area of green space in order to create a varied perspective and improve the quality of classes atmosphere through the juxtaposition of these spaces. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: the project commenced in March 2016 and was completed in September 2016. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: It has concrete structures and facade cladding with chrome panels.detailing was kept minimal to reflect a clean and refined aesthetic favored by users. For the mass of the building, the class rooms area takes the main role, avoiding opening the windows to eliminate air conditioning energy consumption. on the other hand, importing a great amount of Indirect lighting through a large windows among green area also reduces energy consumption and eliminate glare in interior space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width 42m x length 72m (according to golden ratio) x Height 21m TAGS: School, Music, Chrome panels, Gestalt, Green balcony RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The main objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between architecture and music, mining spatial patterns can be used in architecture today.
