DESIGN NAME: Enigma
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Multihousing
INSPIRATION: Inspired by the concept of sculpture, the volumetric shape of Enigma looks for unification, this residential building is designed to capture a visual attention from outside by allocating four different volumes on its facade, each volume varies on its height and material cover with the objective to transmit diversity and opportunity, situation that is resumed in the name of the project
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Enigma Tower accommodates ten apartments. The first floors consist of two apartments on each floor and the following floors have duplex apartments in which a double height is handled. The apartments ranging from 112 to 294 square meters, have functional and good sized spaces so that each client feel comfortable.
The tower has an underground garage where also is the machine room and a cellar. On the ground level there is a parking and a lobby that gives access to the building. In the seventh and last level there is a roof garden and a common area which offer a good view of the surroundings.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Located in a growing area of the city of Puebla, surrounded by vertical living and vertical commerce
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is located in Boulevard Las Torres in the City of Puebla, Mexico

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Some finishes used in the volumes are walls lined with concrete, glass and calacatta stone that gives a feeling of amplitude.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Its dimensions are: 17.30 meters x 15.40 meters (base) and has a height of 27 meters.
