| DESIGN NAME: Plain white, Framing, Scenic view PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design Of Residence INSPIRATION: The architect used an amount of black and white building mass, horizontal and vertical geometrical staggered blocks with delicate metal grid wall free facade designs. The windows introduce of a large number of natural light, while in the west the deep-set windows are to prevent sunlight which affect the use of interior space. The outdoors are also planted with flowers and trees, hoping to allow users to embrace the nature in the building, staying in a quiet and comfortable environment. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: With the continuation of the building appearance in a modern minimalist style, into the room, there are a lot of floor windows which capture and frame the beauty of plantings outside of the house into the chamber. Along the staircase, there is a white tone wall, brown wood cabinets and dinette. With moderate iron pieces and modern style chandeliers, Tables extending from the center of the kitchen let kitchenware combined as one space showing a simple and neat fashion sense. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In the emerging redistricting area of the city periphery, the past terraced rice paddies and fertile farmland gradually turned into low floors villas clustering in areas, at which the case is located. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the rear of the living room are ninety degrees two-sided windows, so that the outside views of the flora and mountain can be framed into the house. The large piece rustic and elegance stone walls, with white leather sofa and simple seamless stone floors, created a quiet and refined elegant texture. The floor windows cleverly use the terrace set up above the garage, which in addition to show the beautiful Plumeria obtuse trees, also twisted steel grille design with white fabric daze pavilion, so that there can be like a soothing comfortable vacation in daily home life. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 400 square meters TAGS: Residential Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The building itself is five-story villa with elevator, the architect used an amount of black and white building mass, horizontal and vertical geometrical staggered blocks with delicate metal grid wall free facade designs. CHALLENGE: The third to the fifth floor are bedrooms and multi-purpose room and banquet space. The master bedroom located on the third floor cleverly used a change of plane angle, setting a comfortable couch, with a 45-degree angle mosaic tile wall. It accompanied with the shrubs outdoor on the balcony, planting with quiet and simple way to create a transition field between the bedroom and bathroom.
